Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International (CVG) – 40min drive to the hotel.

Dayton International (DAY) – 1hr drive to the hotel.

As of now we have no official plans to assist travelers in the drive from airport to hotel. Make some friends in the Dayton and Cincinnati communities and see if they will help you out!

For PowerUp 2012, the Hampton Inn Cincinnati-Northwest/Fairfield will be handling all player lodging reservations. The Hampton Inn is literally right across the street from the Cincinnati Mall, which houses Arcade Legacy. This makes it the ideal place to stay for the weekend.

Group Rate: $99 per night.

In order to get the special rate at the Hampton you will need to stay for a minimum of 2 nights. Do not forget to tell the front desk you would like to get the PowerUp 2012 special rate when you make your reservation. The special rate will be available for the nights of April 11 – 14.

The cutoff for reservations with the special rate is March 21st, 2012!

If you reserve a room for 2 or more nights in the PowerUp block you will receive a $10 rebate on your PU2012 Venue or Spectator Fee.*

I was told that the televisions in the room do not accept outside input. So bring a TV if you would like to have casuals in your room.

The Hampton has been very generous and easy to work with, so I encourage all players traveling to PU2012 to support them if you need a hotel for the weekend.

*In order to collect your venue fee rebate you must appear in-person at the PowerUp 2012 Front Desk with your hotel room reservation confirmation receipt.
