I’m very happy to welcome Dark Geese to the podcast in this episode. He is one of the best people to talk to when it comes to not only King of Fighters, but especially on views of the USA KOF scene. Now he’s down in Mexico and Latin America running very well received KOF tournaments. What will it take for him to organize in the USA again?
- Dark Geese history
- Raging Storm history and future plans
- KOF in the USA and how it can improve
- Details on the Mexican KOF scene

Definitely a great show I knew that KOF had a strong Mexican scene but I didn’t know that it had such a big latin american one. My only disagreement was about the online play. The reason that SFIV invigorated the fighting game community they way it did was because it connected more players through online which in turn generated new players. KOF 12 really injured the possibility of increasing the community because it was a rush job the fact that Dark Geese refers to KOF 11 for tournament play speaks volumes to this. I’m a huge fan of the KOF series and I hope that KOF 13 really is a game worth championing for.
