The Canton, OH scene grew up with SFIV, but that doesn’t mean these players are “scrubs” or otherwise ignorant of the scene at large. Zippo Master is here to show that new players do “get it” and become valuable members of the community. He also shares some great tips on how to lay the foundations for a local fighting game scene!

Part of how Zippo Master got people involved was by putting up flyers with a short URL leading to a site he put online himself. Rather than printing and posting a long URL to the Canton SRK thread, he thought it’d be easier for players to initially connect through the Canton Fight Club. Here’s hoping Zippo Master continues to develop the site with new content as the Canton scene sustains itself and attracts more new players!
